Want2Race 2018
Want2Race was a competition which I stumbled across in 2018,
The winner was to be given a fantastic prize which involved driver development and most impressively - a fully funded season, racing with the Want2race Motorsports Team in the GRDC Race Series.
With hardly any prior race experience I took tips from the driver coaches and managed to make it through to the final stage.
At this point there were 10 drivers left in the competition, Unfortunatly the final session didn't run too smoothly for me and I made a slight mistake
Want2Race 2019
2019 didn't end as I would have wanted, Bad weather did play a part unfortunately and the luck wasn't on my side.
Not been able to see out the windscreen when the Hail came down must have been a sign that this wasn't the right route for me.
As always planned, if the Want2Race competition didn't go I hoped I had a back up plan.
After having discussions with another Motorsports team "Assetto Motorsport" I decided to join forces with them.
The car has been in their care getting correctly setup for the 2020 GRDC.
I'm really excited to see how my performance will improve following the new much, much needed improvements.
